Location: Bangalore | Work From Office | Experience: 35 YearsAbout the RoleWere looking for a dynamic and articulate Studio Experience Designer to join our team at the Deloitte Centre for Innovation & Technology (DCIT) in Bangalore. This role goes beyond traditional UI/UX design you will be the face of our design studio, responsible for showcasing our work to visiting clients, senior stakeholders, and leadership through immersive walkthroughs, product demos, and narrative-driven storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the design studio during client walkthroughs, innovation demos, and leadership visits.Craft and deliver compelling design narratives highlighting our approach to UX research, UI design, testing, and delivery.Collaborate with internal designers to understand project context and transform it into presentation-ready walkthroughs.Present confidently on ad hoc design topics from banking and energy UX to gamification, personalization, and design systems.Maintain studio readiness and support experiential setup (screens, devices, demos, case study videos).Act as a bridge between design craft and business storytelling.Required Skills35 years of experience in UI/UX design or product experience roles.Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills visual + verbal.Strong understanding of UX processes, wireframes, UI design systems, prototyping, and user testing.Confidence in handling live demos, impromptu walkthroughs, and fielding design-related questions.Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences business, technical, and creative.Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment with shifting priorities.Collaborative, self-driven, and detail-oriented.Location & Work Model Bangalore-based Work From Office (5 days a week) at DCIT (Deloitte Centre for Innovation & Technology)Why Join Us?Youll be a part of a high-visibility design space that regularly interacts with top clients, industry leaders, and cross-functional teams.
